Good day to you sir madam I am hereby raising funds for my son Andre Ritchie who is diagnosis with cerebral palsy he is  nice little boy who deserved to be normal like any other kid.  His condition was cause by the negligence of the hospital team. He is a cute boy who always want to do it him self even though he can't.
