Lyra's Ear Surgery

Lyra is a rescue. She became my family last November, just weeks after giving C section birth in a puppy mill. She was dirty, recently nursing, and had an ear infection so pervasive that her left ear canal had scarred closed.
Today, one year later, I've spent over $3,000 to help her achieve a healthy, stable, life. Though stable, she still suffers daily with an open wound/infection in her left ear.
Lyra needs a $5,000 TECA-BO surgery to remove her ear canal. ($4,000 surgery/$1,000 CT scan.) After numerous opinions from Urban Animal, Blue Pearl and Animal Surgical Center of Seattle, the recommendations are unanimous: She must have a TECA-BO if she will ever live free from painful, itchy, oozing, chronic infection.
On my birthday y'all raised $600 for vet bills. We need a little more! Your donation will go directly to Lyra's surgery scheduled for November 28th, 2017. Because Lyra is my "only child" I cannot express how much this support means. I never imagined I would spend this on a dog, but now I can't imagine life without her. Thank you for all your help so far!
