Lydia Needs New Wheels!

Hiya, Lydia Musonic here.
Over the course of the last couple of years I've been suffering from a steadily worsening intersection of several neurological and physical conditions that have ultimately left me unable to walk and I have been a wheelchair user for some time now. I had to finally quit my job at New River Studios back in February 2018 due to ill health.
I need an upgrade to a tough new wheelchair as I keep breaking things on the ones I have been using and it's costing me a fortune to replace wheels etc all the time simply because I have an active lifestyle and a high physical demand on what a chair should empower me to do (still be able to perform live, go out, do my shopping, navigate the terrible road surfaces where I live etc)
Having a decent chair that didn't break all the time and allowed me to get around more would vastly improve my quality of life and ability to rebuild strength and fitness lost to inactivity whilst also giving me back a chunk of my independence that has been diminished due to not being able to get about.
At present, I'm rolling around in a chair with 2 buckled wheels, a broken footrest and a rapidly flexing frame and it's severely limiting my ability to leave my house and putting strain on my upper body and damaged nerves from having to overcompensate for these.
Anything you can contribute towards getting me some new wheels is gratefully appreciated.
