There is never enough time to say everything that should be said. There is never enough thought given to the last time one sees a friend. There is never a good way to say good bye to a friend and co-worker.
I will tell you all that Larry Loved his Union! To Larry, IUOE Local 324 was the best organization to be a member of. Larry understood the value of his Union and also understood the value of Organized Labor Nationwide. Larry was always one of the first guys on a jobsite to encourage others to drop a few bucks in the hat when a co-worker or a co-workworker's family had some distress in their life! His compassion was worn prominently on his sleeve for everyone to see. He could give you the gruff construction facade, but even a cursory look let Larry's inner GREAT guy show through his tough exterior.
If possible, please contribute to the fund, As I said above, Larry was Always if not first, one of the first to toss some cash in the hat. Honor him by helping his family out at this tragic time.
