LXA Teeter-Totter-A-Thon

On April 19th – April 22nd, 2018, the men of Lambda Chi Alpha at The University of Iowa will be hosting our annual Teeter-Totter-A-Thon benefiting the American Brain Tumor Association (ABTA). This event starts at noon on the 19th and goes until noon on the 22nd, and we will have at least two members of the fraternity on the teeter-totter for the 72 hours.

Last year, we raised $13,233.10 of our $15,000 goal from sponsorships by companies, donations from our members, the community, from t-shirt sales, and throughout the event by selling food and prizes. The members of Lambda Chi Alpha were able to raise and donate all proceeds to ABTA. This year we hope to achieve our goal of $15,000.

The purpose of this event is to raise money and awareness for brain tumors and cancer. We are again choosing to donate to the American Brain Tumor Association in memory of Matthew Jacob Duff, a chapter brother who lost his own battle with a brain tumor in 2013. This event is run by the brothers in this chapter and any donation would be greatly appreciated and would not be possible without the generosity of everyone.

If you would like to purchase a t-shirt, but are unable to make it to the event and would like it shipped to you, we can work it out! Please still buy a t-shirt here, and click on Ryan Kaminski on the right side to email me.

DON’T FORGET: Please list the brother’s name that your donation will be on behalf of.

Thank you so much for all of your support!
