Jill Zatyko is a 51 year old woman, a mother, sister, friend and daughter. Jill is the friendly face at the gym who says hello, helps a person with their form, or a friend, old or new, to determine the root cause of their pain. Jill spends time at local retirement communities to make sure those that can’t get out have groceries. She is also the one that treats underprivileged kids for free rather than taking a paying customer. With numerous years as a personal trainer, massage therapist and more recently as an Ondamed practitioner, she has helped hundreds of people overcome their aches and pains.
Jill spends her days trying to not only maintain her business, but help others maintain their health through the various skills she has spent years to master. Unfortunately, her life is filled with pain that others rarely see, as she is too proud to complain. Jill does not sleep well and she is usually in bed by 9pm to get a couple hours of sleep, but she is always up early to start helping others the next day.
Most of her clients and even many friends have no idea that Western Medicine has almost completely failed her. With misdiagnosis after misdiagnosis, she has had to weave a path through alternative methods to find the root cause to her ailments – Lyme disease. In the past 5 years, Jill has battled through two hip replacements, two spinal fusions, thyroid cancer, heart issues and now a Lupus diagnosis.
Jill has spent her entire life savings, almost $100,000.00 to discover and treat her Lyme Disease, a disease that isn’t even recognized in the state she lives in. The first rounds of treatment, none that were covered by insurance, have allowed her to continue to work. However, she still has fragments of the disease in her body which she may never be rid of. The next phase of Jill’s treatment for the Lyme Disease and Lupus, which will hopefully enable her to regain her health, is a a year long treatment that costs $20,000.00 which is not covered by her insurance.
We are asking for your assistance to get Jill back on her feet and back to good health so she can return to helping so many people that have relied on her to make their daily lives more bearable, and to provide the opportunity to those currently not being treated to be blessed with Jill’s compassion and skills.
This GoFund me account for Jill is an effort to give back just a small amount of the comfort she has given to so many over the years. If we are able to raise some money for Jill, she will be able to seek the treatment she needs and continue treating so many of us during her treatment. If Jill does not receive this treatment, she may not be able to continue working at the pace she does today. Any donation, large or small, will be greatly appreciated.
