<div>Over the years I have worked several corporate jobs, but soon realized that hospitality is where my heart really is. I decided to go to Culinary School and became a Chef, not a Pastry Chef (I know, that's weird and another story).

<div>After many years of hearing, 'You should start your own company', in November 2014, I launched Luvvie’s Delights on literally a chocolate chip and a prayer! I started with just my signature cookie (Oatmeal Chocolate Chips with Walnuts), which I am told is deliciously addictive (and affectionately called ‘Crack Cookies’), and I would love to introduce more treats from my British upbringing like my Double Ginger Sticky Toffee Pudding with a Toffee Bourbon Caramel Sauce (that will make a grown man cry), and Cous Fred’s Shortbread!

<div>However, Luvvie's Delights was put on hold for several years as I got busy working full-time as a Catering Chef. It was after the Pandemic that helped me refocus my passion for growing Luvvie's Delights again.

<div>I am currently working out of my home with one oven, by myself with little storage. This is proving more difficult as the company is expanding, and working through the night (sometimes two nights) is getting old. I would like to rent out kitchen space with more ovens, and access to commercial freezers and cold storage which I desperately need. I would also like to hire part-time staff to help with baking, packaging and shipping orders which I currently do by myself. Not to mention accounting, marketing and social media.
