I have a very exciting opportunity to go to Germany next summer with my church, but even with careful budgeting, I might not be able to make it happen. Please help by contributing whatever you are comfortable with. Every little bit counts!!
This is an especially important opportunity for me because a year ago I was diagnosed with celiac disease, meaning that I must go gluten free for the rest of my life. When I thought about arranging travel myself, I worried about knowing enough German gluten vocabulary to explain myself the way I do in English. With this trip, it is organized by a travel company who has 18 of the 30 meals included in the cost of the trip, basically breakfast and dinner most days. As they are deciding where to eat, they will make sure that all members of the trip can eat there, including me. This makes it much easier for me to feel comfortable leaving my home country where even those who speak my language don't always understand what I can/can't eat.
PLEASE HELP ME REALIZE MY DREAM OF GOING TO GERMANY!!
