Lurcher desperately needing operation and saving

Help!

We received a call today from our vets regarding a stray lurcher with a broken front leg due to be put to sleep tonight and I’m desperately trying to save him.

I've been to meet him and I’d say he is between 5 and 7 but has had a very hard life and is in very poor condition.

he has an open fracture and his nose is cut and grazed and other grazes to his legs and feet. He’s in a bad way but he was so waggy and pleased to see me.

I have spoken with the referral specialist vet and they will do the op for£3000. We need a bit more for his rehab and so I am asking for £3,500.

anything you can give would be truly amazing - I want this boy to make it and have the best Christmas ever
