<div>Hello All. My name is Filmore LaDeaux. I was diagnosed with SLE Lupus and kidney failure in 2010. I have been off and on dialysis the entire time; this time, I'm on for 5 years straight. I have many other issues as well, such as a previous heart attack, COPD, and nerve damage in my legs. I've been to the ICU 3 times this year because my oxygen was way too low. Anyway, I am a single dad to 2 beautiful daughters, Angelina and Tansy, and live off disability.
