My father Brian Snider has Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and qualifies for a lung transplant.
We live 2 & 1/2 hours away from Toronto, Ontario & he is required to go back and forth to Toronto Ontario for assessments and testing for his future lung transplant, along with follow ups post op.
My father is on a fixed income and is required to pay for a care giver, Gas, driver, food and hotel stays.
He is looking for a little help. If anyone could please help him we will be very grateful.
He would love to have this transplant so he can have a better quality of life and independence.
Seeing his grandsons future endeavours would mean the world to him.
