Luna my puppy is in the hospital for siezures

I brought her to the vet hospital, but I'm only a college student and can't pay all the bills to keep her alive. She is only 15 weeks old and she deserves a fighting chance to live and play and do normal things that a puppy should do. I don't like seeing her be sad and in pain. Please help me out. I know it's a lot, but it would mean the world to see her prance with joy again.
