Luke's final expenses

Luke was a funny, intelligent man with a contagious smile that would light up the room and had one of the biggest heart's. He was very much a family man who loved to spend anytime he could with his niece and nephew. It deeply saddens our family to have lost him at such a young age. No mother should ever have to bury there child, so you could only imagine her deep dispare. Obviously the family was unprepared for such an event and would appreciate any and all help for medical/hospital and funeral expenses.  Luke was 22yr old and passed away from a medical problem on November 6th, 2017. He leaves behind his Mother, Father, big brother and niece and nephew.
