Hello everyone! Luis Valdez was an Amazing person. If you knew him, you knew. He was a resident at Rebekah Rehab since 2001. He passed away 12/27. He was never married nor had any children. He does not have any known family members. I’m asking for donations to have him properly put to rest. Anything would help! THANK YOU ALL IN ADVANCE!
