Luis was targeted by ICE at the direction of his x wife and her family member hat are actively employed by law enforcement as revenge for him fighting for two years and gaining 50% legal and physical custody of their son. And as of Tuesday September 11, 2018 is in the custody of Immigration.
Luis has lived in the US for 16 years, he like many others came here from Guatemala as an illegal immigrant, he married and had his son Joshua who is now 10 years old. Luis worked two jobs to pay for over $38,000 in attorney fees and still owes $17,000 to his attorney from his custody battle.
Luis is one of the hardest working caring individuals I have ever known, he is kind , generous , funny and above all he is a great Father and deserves the right to participate in his sons life more than that his son should not be robbed of having a relationship with his Dad.
The funds raised will be used to pay for his mounting legal fees for his immigration case along with bond if granted.
