Lucy's unexpected back surgery

This is embarrassing but I am going to try every thing there is out there to help pay for Lucy's surgery. It's estimated $7,000 to cover all costs for her surgery and I don't have the money for it.
Yesterday I came home to find Lucy completely paralyzed from her waist down. She had absolutely no control over her legs and no feeling in them. She's a dachshund and they say this is common and can just happen suddenly without any cause. The surgery will hopefully fix her and she will regain control of her legs but there is a small chance it won't.
She is my life source and I am having a very hard time coping with this because she is my everything. Besides worrying about her and what her life will be like now, I'm very stressed with the new debt I somehow have to take on. She needs constant care when she comes home and I just don't know how I'm going to juggle all of this.
