Lucy's Lump needs surgery

Lucy is a sweet, adorable ginger ~12 week old kitten. She was found and taken in by a nice family, but she was too much for their older cat.  She was brought to Angel's Wish last week. It didn't take too long to realize there was something different about Lucy. Lucy had a GIANT lump near her spine that was visable to even an un-trained eye. Lucy was taken in to a few of our veterinarians who quickly said, YES, something MUST be done...but you will need a skilled surgeon because this will be an intricate surgery as what seems to be a cyst has a stem that could go near vital organs. So we once again turned to Edinger Surgical Options for their expertise. They agreed...Lucy needs surgery ASAP.  She is in surgery right now.  If you can contribute anything, Lucy and Angel's Wish would sure appreciate it!
