Luciely's Eyes surgery

30 days or so ago, my daughter, Luciely, learned that she is in danger of losing her eyesight due to complications from diabetes. She has consulted with a doctor at Rand Eye Institute, and he has agreed to do the treatment to repair the damage at a cost of $15,000.00.
