Lucas Toland Path To A Better Life

Lucas was born with a terminal form of dwarfism called Rhizomelic Chondrodysplasia Puncata shortened to RCDP. Lucas is paralyzed, feeding tube fed, legally blind and deaf and needs around the clock medical care. He is the most amazing perfect gift I could have ever asked for. He has been in and out of the hospital and spent more than a month at a time there. He’s had over a dozen surgeries and been put under way to many time. Our family just built him a sterile bed room and are in the process of giving him everything we can. This is a really big deal to my family since every time Lucas’ brother, mom or nurses get sick he ends up sick and has the chance of being hospitalized again or even dying. I am not very good at asking for help so I’m reaching out hoping and praying for help to lower the financial stress that is now on my family.  We hope we can do a few more big projects for Lucas so that he can have a better life. Lucas continues to get sick and has been isolated to our home. We are currently in the process of making a few more changes at home to give him a better life.
