Luca's Surgery

Earlier today, my dear friend Shelly noticed that her six year old dog, Luca, was acting strangely. He seemed uncomfortable and restless, and his stomach was swollen. She rushed him to the emergency vet, where they discovered that his stomach has "flipped" (Gastric Dilation and Volvulus Syndrome). He needs immediate emergency surgery, but it costs $5000 and they need a 75% down payment before they will do it. Shelly is at the vet right now trying to figure out how to pay with Care Credit, but she doesn't have that sort of money. Luca has gotten her through a hellish couple of years and means the world to her. Any help would be deeply appreciated.
