<div>On the 7th of October 2025 i went for a scan at Leeds hospital 28weeks pregnant with identical triplets, hard force was pushed onto my stomach causing excruciating pain, I was told all was well and I’d make it to 34 weeks despite multiple concerns raised due to how big I was carrying and struggling , as soon as I left this appointment I got in the car to drive home got on the motorway lost feeling in my legs they where aching so bad and I started to feel freezing cold etc, finally got back and I walked to my sons school to pick him up as I didn’t feel safe driving no more I thought I was just coming down with illness everyone was getting, I just remember thinking I’ll be fine babies are ok on scan she said so can’t be that bad, I was walking like a zombie, I had a pre booked appointment booked at Grimsby hospital at 4pm for a scan on legs to check for blood clots so I rang my mum and asked if her and step dad could take me because I can’t physically drive or walk, they came and when I got there they said they couldn’t see me like that I needed to go to a and e, so mum wheeled me round in wheelchair they checked me straight away without even finishing my details rushed me in room, temp was 42 got rushed to resus and within minutes I was contracting the was all happening so fast, they couldn’t find triplet 1s heartbeat on monitors or scan so rushed to theatre to deliver and my baby Luca was born sleeping with no sign of life and they couldn’t save him, delivered triplet 2 and 3 and they had to be ventilated and straight up to NICU on oxygen ext, my babies where up there 2 months all while I had to organise a funeral and send my baby for answers it was torture, there is now investigations in place of if Leeds missed it and disturbed him using force or weather that force is what killed him, we had his funeral and got him cremated and brought him home however I really want a place for him to have his own little garden and somewhere we can go and celebrate him somewhere to go breath and just grieve for my baby in piece, the last thing I ever wanted was to be a charity case or rely on others, I was prepared for everything with the triplets, everything but this nightmare! I will do anything for my children , however while trying to be the best mum for my 5 year old and the triplets it just feels like my wish is so far away with bills and all the financial problems we overcome during this nightmare. As a self employed beautician I had to stop working instantly with no funds saved due to buying all needed for triplets and getting the house ready ,I wish to buy a plot at the cemetery and headstone then I will then create a memorial garden for my baby son any funds donated will be used for this and any insurance needed any shares or donations are appreciated more than any words could say! Thank you so much x
