LSLL 2019 All Star Regional Fundraiser

Loudoun South Little League is fortunate to be sending a team to the Little League World Series!!
Our Little League (10/11/12) team managed by Alan Bowden has been in Williamsport, PA, for over a week and won their first game 3-0 over the New England region. It was a combined no-hitter by Justin Lee, Liam Thyen, and Chase Obstgarten.
They are the first Virginia team in 25 years to go to the World Series. They recently won the Southeast Region tournament after repeating as state champions.
In addition, our 8/9/10 team managed by Dave Obstgarten went to Greenville, NC, to play in the Tournament of State Champions. They made it to the championship game and were the runner-up team for the tournament.
These are major milestones for LSLL and great accomplishments for our players. I'm very proud of how well our teams have played this summer.
Little League pays the travel costs for our players but NOT for our parents and families. They are bearing the cost of travel, lodging, and food to support our players in these distant tournaments. As you can imagine, these costs are adding up quickly!!!
