Amy's Medical Expenses

After months of pain and numbness, Amy was diagnosed with a Malignant Chordoma, a cancer attacking her lower spine.  The treatment is removal of the tumor along with her lower sacrum and tailbone.  This will result in lifelong "complications" but will also result in Amy having a life for a long time.  She will be able to see our kids graduate, get married, and have many many more family holidays together.  MD Anderson is our best option for treatment but unfortunately, Amy will need to be there for about 6 weeks. We are going to encounter additional travel and lodging expenses as a result. We will be using Angel Flight and a friend's travel trailer whenever possible. We want to be as frugal as possible but this process will be inherently expensive no matter what we do. We once again have hope for a long life together.  Thank you for helping us take care of Amy.
