LaPorte High FFA Calf Murdered

Sometime in the last week, an unknown suspect(s) entered the barn where the show calf was being kept. The unknown suspect(s) then used a sharp instrument to cut the calf internally, causing his colon to rupture which ultimately led to the calf having to be euthanized. This calf belonged to a La Porte High School FFA senior and it was to be shown at the LP Livestock Show in April.  This student has spent countless hours raising this calf and preparing the calf for the show.  This was his last opportunity to participate and knowing he will not be able to do so has his heart broken.
