<div>Your Lubbock Firefighters will be running a 48 hour marathon from March 1-3rd, in order to raise funds for our charitable foundation, specifically for firefighter mental health. This year we will be running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours, and every time we hit the pavement we will go live on Facebook to raise awareness for issues facing firefighters right here in Lubbock.

<div>All proceeds for this fundraiser will go toward the Lubbock Firefighters' Charitable Foundation so that they can continue their mission of supporting local firefighters' mental health. In the past we've used this money for counseling, sending struggling members to specific treatment centers and to send members to mental health resiliency and peer support training. We are very proud to be able to serve our communities day in and day out, and this is one way our community can help support us!
