Loving Single Father-Amputation

Jay is a loving,  kind hearted Father with 2 little boys. Recently he was admitted to the hospital for a cellulitis infection in his foot. Being a single Father he has worked tirelessly to fight the infection and take care of his sons. As a result the infection has spread and his they will need to amputate his foot above the ankle. He will need months of physical therapy to rehabilitate and be able to walk with a prosthetic. Jay doesn't have insurance and regrettable no savings.  He will be unable to work as the doctor will not release him to do so. This means he will have no income to pay his household expenses and take care of his sons for  3 months.  He doesn't have anyone that can help financially.
