Loving memory of grandad jimmy

My grandad was not just any grandad he was my best friend, the man that taught me to misbehave, the man that made me laugh, the man who would tickle my feet and make me jump, the man that let me pull his chest hair out, the man who would give me a stash of sweets or mints to take home and the man that let me breath on his glasses try and chase me. 

My grandad developed dementia and even still then we kept a special bond going even tho he didn’t really know who I was. The people that looked after him in his care home were amazing, they looked after grandad like he was their own and for that I would love to give back to help those that are currently in the care home, bring a smile on their faces like grandad did to mine. 

even if you can donate a pound it gets me closer to my target, I want to provide his care home with the sensory items they really need.
