Loving Dog Shot, Needs Critical Surgery

Our dog got shot while he was on our property he made it through the night and he's the sweetest and most loving dog, the veterinarian has to do surgery on him to save his life. I sold my truck to help pay and still have to come up with $2000 before they will do the surgery so PLEASE any help would be much appreciated and God bless
