Love Remnant Tabernacle Church of the Capital District is seeking to raise fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) to purchase a property in order to establish a non-profit, tuition-free, non-accredited School Of Ministry/ Bible Institute in rural upstate New York which will be called The International Institute Of Biblical & Ministerial Studies. IIBMS will endeavor to provide biblical and ministerial training for those who sense a Divine call into the Gospel Ministry. IIBMS will offer courses by means of traditional onsite classroom instruction, as well as online. It is this online capability that will truly make IIBMS an international school of ministry.
OUR PRESENT NEED:
Love Remnant Tabernacle Church of the Capital District needs to purchase a building that would adequately house and meet the needs of IIBMS ministry vision. A property with six rooms would definitely meet these vision needs:
one large classroom
student library and lounge
bookstore
recording studio for online courses and daily radio broadcasts
prayer chapel
administrative office

LONGTERM FINANCIAL STABILITY Of IIBMS:
Love Remnant Tabernacle Church of the Capital District will ensure that The International Institute Of Biblical & Ministerial Studies remains a financially stable institution by means of the following operational measures:
All faculty members and office staff will be non-salaried volunteers.
IIBMS will not have to pay any accreditation dues to any accrediting institution since IIBMS will be established as a non-accredited institution that will only issue non-accredited diplomas to students who successfully complete all curriculum and graduation requirements. In the past, these accreditation fees have proven to be financially burdensome on so many Bible Institutes and Schools of Ministry.
IIBMS will not have to pay property taxes on the property it purchases since it operates as a ministry of Love Remnant Tabernacle Church of the Capital District which is a non-profit organization.
Free-will offerings from students attending classes, yearly donations from sister churches and book store sales will fund all of the day to day operating expenses of IIBMS.
IIBMS CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS:
With God’s favor and the public’s financial assistance The International Institute Of Biblical & Ministerial Studies would seek to purchase its new school facility this year 2015 and open its doors by January 2016. IIBMS will offer the following non-credited Diploma and Certificate programs:
Diploma In Pastoral Studies (Four Year Program)
Diploma In Biblical Studies (Four Year Program)
Diploma In Theological Studies (Four Year Program)
Certificate In Christian Counseling (Two Year Program)
Certificate In Christian Apologetics (Two Year Program)
Certificate In Evangelism & Church Growth (Two Year Program)
In addition to the aforementioned Diploma and Certificate programs, IIBMS will conduct educational conferences and seminars that will further enhance the ministerial experience and biblical knowledge of all who are graced with its didactic ministry and outreach.
IIBMS’ CHANCELLOR, OVERSEER & VISIONARY:
The man of God lovingly nicknamed “Dr. T” (Dr. Michael Torres, D.R.E., Th. D., Ph. D.) by his ministerial colleagues and former students has agreed to volunteer his services and academic expertise to serve as IIBMS’ chancellor, visionary and lead academic. This respected scholar, prolific Bible teacher, innovative curriculum creator and expert library builder will provide full academic oversight and spiritual guidance to The International Institute Of Biblical & Ministerial Studies. Dr. Torres’ vast administrative experience, high standard of didactic excellence and unwavering commitment to Christ and His Church is most welcomed and much needed in this hour of global apostasy, ministerial decadence and spiritual apathy. Dr. Torres’ main objective while at the helm of IIBMS will be to biblically train and spiritually mentor a new generation of “old school” Christ-serving ministers that would competently feed, guide and nurture the Lord’s flock while simultaneously doing battle against ravenous wolves, ecclesiastical hypocrites, devilish heretics and ministers of Satan who fraudulently masquerade as servants of Christ in order to hijack the Church and fleece the saints!
