Shellee Day's Breast Cancer Fight

On February 23rd 2018, Shellee Day was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. We were fortunate to discover after numerous biopsies, MRI’s and ultra sounds that it is Stage 1. However, that doesn’t mean it will be an easy journey. Shellee is gearing up for her bilateral mastectomy on April 18th. We plan to post updates on Shellee’s procedures and recovery on this site.

Shellee is the mother of three daughters, Mimi to five grandsons and lives in Highlands Ranch, CO with her husband Steve. She has an amazing extended family and a wonderful group of friends that care dearly for her. Her support system is phenomenal and we appreciate you all.


On top of the obvious medical expenses, the Days will lose substantial income over the next several months with Shellee being out of work and the loss of this income is not covered by any disability through her employer. All funds received will be used to help offset expenses for Shellee's cancer treatments and to alleviate financial stresses on the family. Your generosity will be forever appreciated.
