Funeral cost for Maria

Maria Castillo’s life was tragically taken in the early hours of August 19, 2014. She was only 22 years old. Maria was out with some close friends at the Vixen night club enjoying herself when a bullet entered through the door of the club and struck her. Friends stayed with her and held her until police and paramedics could respond and rush her to the hospital. Maria fought for her life but it wasn’t enough and she succumbed to the injuries and she was pronounced dead at Orlando Regional Medical Center.

Maria was a beautiful young lady that touched every life she encountered. If you knew her you’d know that the smile she had would brighten anyone’s bad day. She never judged anyone and was a friend that everyone needed in their lives. Her personality was one of a kind.  

Everyone from her family to her friends are absolutely devastated and in shock about the events that played out on August 19th. Being that Maria was so young we would like to help the family pay for the funeral and burial cost that will be accumulated, and also money to help the family survive on from missed work so they can grieve appropriatly. Maria was extremely family oriented and always wanted to be involved with everyone from her cousins to her niece to her mother. Please help us help this devastated family as they begin their journey to say goodbye to their angel.
