Jazmine's vet hospital bill

Jazmine and mommy need your help!
Jazmine is my 5 y/o Yorkie poo. She is the world to me. When I'm upset, she calms me. And then there is that excitement in her eyes when I get home. Her whole body wags: it's walk time! So how did Jazmine's favorite activity almost kill her? We got home that night, and she's throwing up a lot, with blood. I never drove so fast to the hospital before. The vet admitted her immediately into the hospital. She got poisoned, most likely at her favorite dog park, causing her kidneys to shut down and fail. The vet bluntly told me that if she ever returns home, it will be a miracle. They kept her over a week, and I was there everyday before work, and all night after work, holding her and loving her. Begging her to not give up.
And then it happened-they sent her home with me with life long meds and iV fluids she will need. My baby girl is still here, and we need some help to make this work. I can afford her follow ups and daily treatment, if I can get some help for her hospitalization. Every month, it goes up. I got a 2nd job to help, but I can't take it all on.
