<li>On May 17, 2025, tragedy struck when 6-year-old Xander, a sweet and joyful autistic boy from Carlisle, Ohio, accidentally fell into a swimming pool while attending a family birthday party in Madison Township. He was found unresponsive and was immediately careflighted to Children’s Hospital, where he is now in Critical Condition in the Intensive Care Unit on a ventilator. His condition remains uncertain, and his family is living every parent’s worst nightmare — holding onto hope while facing the unknown.

<div>Xander is a bright, loving child who fills every room with joy. Xander loves Moana, bubbles, jumping on the trampoline, drawing with chalk, reading books and playing with his brother and sister who adore him. His parents are completely devoted and are now spending every moment at his side. With both of them unable to work for an unknown period of time, they are facing growing financial stress on top of their emotional pain.
