Love the Kraken

We are all so lucky to share a corner bar where we can escape the fickle twists and turns of fate. The Kraken is the latest and greatest in forty seven roadhouse years on White Cross, at the corner of Dodson's Crossroads and N.C. Hwy 54.

We treasure the character and all of the characters collaborating on and off stage, all of us reviving, redefining, and writing brand new history with great stories, laughter and music.

All of us here at The Kraken strive to support the community and we humbly ask for your assistance so we can continue our mission when the Covid-19 public gathering ban is lifted. We're following all health recommendations and mandates and will not rush into reopening even when given permission. You've helped us reach our initial goal of $15k which we figured would take us through 2ish months.

Your donations are paying our essential bills, making changes for the new paradigm, and anything beyond goes to our great staff James, Mark, Bobbie, and Meredith. We're hoping to have over $2k available to restock. We've been working on a ton of improvements, mostly using existing and donated materials. You are keeping The Kraken afloat through these months of rough seas, and we are so looking forward to showing you everything you helped us accomplish.
