Love for Stacie

This is Stacie. She is a mom of 5, who lives in Texas. On August 15th, she and a friend were last seen leaving the friend's sister's house. The friend was missing 3 days. Sadly, the friends body was found in the Bayou Vista canal. By the grace of God, Stacie was found the next morning in the backseat of a car in a strangers driveway with severe trauma to the left side of her head. She was taken to the hospital where she underwent extensive brain surgery to repair a brain bleed caused by a stroke. Stacie has been diagnosed with aphasia as a result of the trauma to her brain. There is a long road to recovery. The outcome is in God's hands. Stacie is currently in Galveston, Texas. Her mom, Debbie and stepdad, Keith, drove from York, South Carolina to care for her. Not living in the area, they have been staying in hotels, living out of their suitcase, and staying some nights at the hospital. While the length of their stay is unknown, they are asking for prayers for Stacie's recovery. They will eventually transport Stacie from Texas to South Carolina to care for her. The upfront cost of her transport is $15,000. Any donations made will go towards her transport fees. No donation is too small. $1, $10, anything will help.
