Comet's ACL Surgery

Donation protected
In the middle of January, Comet was hit by a car in the parking lot of the dog park when he managed to escape through a faulty gate. X-rays showed a fractured fibula, but were unable to diagnose any soft tissue damage. A month later, after numerous vet visits, we were told he would need surgery to repair a torn ACL.

We are scheduled for surgery with a board certified veterinary surgeon in Scottsdale on Tuesday, February 20th. While we can cover some of the cost, any and all financial help is extremely appreciated. All donations will be used toward surgical and medical expenses.

Comet and I are currently enrolled in the Service Dog Program and the Canine Care and Handling Program at Yavapai College. Comet is not just a pet to me, but an assistant, an adventure buddy, and a best friend. To say that Comet means the world to me is an understatement.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. Please know that any and all contributions, no matter the amount, are extremely appreciated, and will help get Comet the best care possible so that he can live a long life full of treats, belly rubs, and adventures!
