Quicker than anyone's hearts and minds can process, our much-loved Marette Wakeman has been placed on Hospice care at this time at the young age of 62 as a consequence of cancer. She is married to Richard and is Mom to Paul and to John, who has given her a daughter-in-law Korien. She is the daughter of Cletus and Josephine Unterreiner and has the love and heavy hearts of a big family being sister to David, Paul, Mary, Allen, Virginia, Ken, Philip, Judy, and Loree.
Susanville has been Marette's home for most all of her life, knowing many good people over the years through her work in the California Correctional Center, owning and running her local shop which she has so enjoyed, and her involvement in various groups at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
