My Name is Louis and I'm eight years old. When I was 6 I was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition. It is soooo rare that only around 14 other people in the whole world have the same condition and there is no cure for it.
On the 28th of February, it is 'Rare Disease Day' and I would like to raise some money to help this charity because the research helps save peoples lives and tries to find cures for rare conditions.
I am going to try and swim 200 meters backstroke without stopping! Please sponsor me to help raise awareness and some money for this great charity.
