Louise vs. FKAA and Monroe County

The purpose is to raise money to assist with the legal expenses of the pending lawsuit - Louise Delaney vs. FKAA and Monroe County - seeking to require Defendants to follow county ordinances requiring a gravity sewer connection at the public right-of-way abutting our homes.  Stated otherwise, put the grinder pit and pump in the right of way where they belong.

Louise has been bearing the financial burden of this lawsuit herself, but if she wins the lawsuit, it will benefit all of us.

There was no reason for Dump the Pumps to file the same type of lawsuit, although you all know we considered and were prepared to do it.   

But there are many reasons for Dump the Pumps, all of us, to help Louise Delaney with the expenses to continue with her lawsuit; it will impact all of us.

Louise and her counsel have chosen an abbreviated form of lawsuit which will get to a court decision more quickly than other types of litigation. Nonetheless, Louise has spent substantial funds and more are required to finally get a court ruling on this issue.
