Louise Emma Memorial
Yesterday started as a pretty normal day. At 9:30am or so, the whole world turned upside down. In an instant, her children, her mother and siblings, my children and their father suffered an unspeakable loss. No warning and a life gone so suddenly and too soon. Emma, Dave’s life partner and our kids step mom passed in her sleep. My heart hurts and breaks for all of them. To bear the thought of losing my life partner, a child, sibling or a parent would kill me! I can’t imagine the feelings that they are all dealing with right now. She was my counterpart in mothering my children and had gotten very good at dealing with me LOL. Emma, thank you for loving my kids and opening your heart as a second mom! You will be missed tremendously! I pray that our families find peace in their memories over time. God keep you in his love and free from pain!
Life is so uncertain... love the people in your world everyday and in ALL seasons of life! We truly learned that tomorrow is really never promised!
