The American Legion Post 116 has a significant goal of replenishing our funds because the Post fulfilled its duty by supporting our Community. We kindly ask for your generosity so that we can continue to support those who have served our nation, our veterans, and their families.

Post 116 has been active in assisting our Veterans, children in our community, and providing support for military families. in 2023 was a great year for giving! Post 116 sponsored seven high school students to attend Boy and Girls State, as well as the Virginia State Police Academy; a veteran family needed a new roof and Post 116 honored the Blue Star Families of Central Virginia and two families who are currently serving in the Armed Forces in Louisa County. There is no better way to exercise your heart than by reaching out and helping someone in need.
