After the holidays, my car broke down. What we thought was a simple fix is almost $5,000! Rent is due next month and now this car expense makes catching up and paying rent on time impossible.
I know this is a 3rd world problem, but I need to get to work for my family. I teach 7th grade English, I already don't earn enough, and I work hard to provide for my wife and kids. I help run my after-school photography club and I do Lyft on weekends to help make ends meet. In my spare time, I take my oldest son to the gym. All we want is a bit of help so that our life can go back to normal. As much as I hate asking for help, we need it.
My car expenses total almost $5,000, but we're looking for anything close to $3,000 because I don't like asking for help, and I will work for the rest. This is a long shot, but we really need a miracle.
