Can't make it alone

Thank you for visiting. My name is Mike. I am a diabetic with very high blood pressure. One morning, after my shower while patting my feet dry, trying not to irritate the Neuropathy. I noticed an ulcer on each of my big toes. I called my Doctor who instructed me to go to the emergency room. I was admitted to the hospital and told i would require surgery on both feet. After the debriding surgery, to remove the ulcers, one of my feet began to heal and one became infected. because of the infection the surgeon had to remove my  right toe and then ultimately my right foot.  at first I was unable to walk without My foot, and that along with so long spent in the hospital, I lost my part time job. While I was out of work and healing I was served with divorce papers.  Also during the period that my foot was healing so slowly My leg became infcected with MRSA. I received a ppic line and was given antibiotics. These antibiotics had an interaction with my BP meds and I was hospitalized with Hyperkalemia. ( High blood potassium that causes heart attack ) After being hospitalized again and treated for Hyperkalemia, I thought that I had  achieved putting all this behind me, began to walk and drive again, and went back to work. Upon returning to work I promptly had a stroke. I was out of work again, for a  few months. of healing and therapy. Then in September I was finally clear to return to work again. in October, the day came that my divorce was was final. I was married 26 years and was carried on her health insurance. So suddenly now I'm the single father of 3 adult children. Two of whom live home with me. My son is mildly handicapped. Now I'm uninsured, We lost her (ex wife) income to our household. Lost my Parttime income to our household. I was out of work for 10 months out of the last 12. And Im deep in debt for the first time since We were newlyweds. We need help to pay the lawyers, medical bills, and to try to keep the house my children were raised in. We're in a desperate situation  and see no end in sight. If you can, Please help.
