Lost job right before big surgery

Hi, my name is Sam, I am 26.

       I was in a car accident back in 2012, I shattered my pelvis into my abdomen and had to have 2 and a half foot of my lower bowel removed and for the last two years, I have been having issues with lower bowel obstruction.  In the last 6 weeks, I have been to the hospital 3 times in horrible pain where my intestines are so swollen I cant breath. I am still in the hospital at the moment till the doctors come up with a plan for surgery. I also missed work but it was excused because of FMLA, because of it, I have had a bullseye on my back with my employer. This last week, by accident, I filled out a missed punch time card at work, I  glanced at my watch, I was distracted and I filled out the time 30 minutes off from the time I arrived and they fired me for being dishonest when it was a complete mistake. So now I have no job, my insurance is going away soon, I have rent, and have to be on a special diet for a month or so after the surgery.  The surgery consists of removing the scared tissue in my abdomen and in my intestines. This is my last ditch effort because my family is not wealthy, and I have no one to help and you add on one of the worst things to have when dealing with healing your stomach and surrounding areas is stress, and losing my apartment, going in large debt when I have zero way to pay for medicines or anything. It is already making it worse, pain and stress wise. Anything would help I am worried how much it will set me back health-wise, not being able to afford everything for recovery. I have tried never to have to ask people or friends for help like this but at this moment; when it rains it pours and I am struggling.
