Unable to work due to recent back surgery

I lost my job unexpectedly just three days before my back surgery on Sept. 25th and my fiance was laid off from his job due to COVID. Now we have no income, I don't qualify for unemployment, and I'm unable to work while I'm healing which could be up to 3-4 months. I'm asking for financial assistance so that me, my fiance and my children don't have to worry about keeping the lights on until I'm able to start working again.
