Lost Home in Huricane Harvey

Active duty Navy stationed on US Submarines. Bought a home in Dickinson TX my home state when I was stationed there as a Navy recruiter. House not listed in a flood zone and therefore no flood insurance. The entire house is ruined. Currently married with 3 kids I have no way of paying for any of the damages without going into massive debt. Any help would be appreciated. The funds will be used to mitigate the ammount of loans and debt that will be incured from recovering from all the damage. I hope to be able to make the recovery as public as possible from contract statements to the actual work itself. If people are going to help me I want them to be able to see what there help is accomplishing.
