EVICTION, MEDICAL & MORE: PLS HELP

First let me say I never in my lifetime thought I would ask for assistance but I am in predicament & need to swallow my pride. I have been out of work since Nov 14., now facing eviction, court on Dec. 27th. Supposed to have been an easy fix and return to work in 2-3 wks. Surgery was much more invasive and difficult. Repairing two tears and inserting plate and screws, then unexpected allergic reaction. Eventually I should get short term disabilty but that has not happened yet and I have no more days at work to compensate instead they are days
of leave without pay. I go to court next Tuesday, the 27th for eviction as of now no money coming in and apt complex won't work with me. I was told to be treated as any other tenant that doesn't pay. I will be bringing my medical info to court with me. Electric is behind and they were nice enough to give me a longer grace period for one time. Heat bill is behind, phone bill, cable ((which might be disconnected to say money), car jnsurance and truck payment. Not to mention copays, medications, and now PT visits. I had no idea I would be out this long with no expected return date yet. I never am the one asking, I am the giver but this once I desperately need help. I don't want my son and I homeless because I have a medical condtion keeping me from working right now. I will go back, I have been there over 10 yrs. I have contacted everyone on the list Social Sves gave me to no avail. I know everyone's funds are low with the holiday, I don't want holiday money. I want to get through this rough patch. but any amount adds up and will help me and my son. I do not want to be homeless due to medical conditions beyond my control.
