Los Campos Hackney Half Symi appeal

Members and friends of Los Campos FC, a community youth football club based in Hackney, are RUNNING the HACKNEY HALF marathon on May 20th, to raise funds to help rebuild football pitches in the Greek Island of Symi, which sustained monumental storm damage in November 2017.
Please sponsor Los Campos's Hackney Half runners by donating through this page - the money will go directly to the Symi appeal, and also be matched by the Greek authorities - so if we raise £2,000, Symi will receive £4,000. They need a total £40,000 to rebuild the pitches.
Symi and its football teams have a special place in the hearts of Los Campos FC, as the club played a tournment on the island just a month before the devastating storm struck. At the moment, Symi's youth teams have to travel to another island to train or play home matches! They sorely need the funds for the rebuilding of their pitches.
