Please support our lawsuit to stop the freeway in the sky above West Adams and other neighborhoods in the new LAX  Next Gen "North Downwind Arrival"  flight path throughout central Los Angeles.  This fund appeal will pay for the cost of filing the lawsuit.  The flight path is directly over historic African American and Latino communities and violates the Federal Aviation Administration's own income, racial and social justice regulations.  We've retained a public interest attorney who is filing this lawsuit at a discounted public interest rate.  This will add the critical racial, income and social justice aspect to the new flight paths that have not been previously litigated.  These new concentrated flight paths will have substantial health impacts on low income children and children of color and St. John's, a local non profit community health center has joined the lawsuit and is collecting data on the health impacts on the health of our children.  Please help us file this lawsuit by making a contribution today.
