Lorrie Lynn Memorial Scholarship 2021

13 years ago, my brothers and I endured a loss that changed the course of our lives forever.

The Lorrie Lynn Memorial Scholarship was created as an opportunity to pay forward the love and support we received from our hometown when we suddenly lost our mother.  

Our mom was a pillar of love and strength who lived every day as an adventure. She beamed with pride as a Warrior parent and managed our crazy extracurricular schedules with grace. 

This scholarship will go towards a graduating student from Delaware Valley High School who has endured the grief that comes with the loss of a parent, and plans to pursue higher education at a professional, vocational, or trade school, college or university. 

So far, we have had the opportunity to award this scholarship to a graduating senior for two years in a row and we hope to continue the tradition this year.

I know firsthand the financial burden of attaining a higher education and my intention is to alleviate it for someone else in my mother’s honor.
